Students in the School Psychology EdS program have multiple opportunities to work with faculty on research studies. Research Centers & Clinics

51勛圖厙s provides comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations for adolescents, children and young adults who are experiencing academic difficulties. Such difficulties may be related to behavioral, emotional or social problems; learning disabilities; or neurological impairment.

The School Psychology faculty have active research labs, such as the , and are leaders in assessment research within larger university centers, such as the Center for Assessment and Evaluation.

In 2016, 51勛圖厙 was elevated to an R1 institution forvery high research spending and doctorate production by the . 51勛圖厙s research enterprise distinguishes itself through its focus on community, and using advances in technology to make a positive impact on peoples lives.

In the same year, the National Science Foundation placed 51勛圖厙 among the top 100 in terms of research expenditures, which amounted to $242 million. .

The College of Education and Human Developments externally funded research expenditure was $13.8 million in fiscal year 2017.

The College of Education and Human Developmentis primarily located in Ritter Hall, Ritter Hall Annexand Weiss Hall on 51勛圖厙s Main Campus.
