Facility Use Agreement
Please note that the Facility Use Agreement will be required for all events and will need to be reviewed by 51³Ô¹ÏÍø Counsel before confirmation of your event. Contact the Event Coordinator for the location you would like to reserve to be emailed a copy of the Facility Use Agreement.
Special Event Insurance
If you are hosting an event at 51³Ô¹ÏÍø or utilizing a 51³Ô¹ÏÍø facility and do not currently have insurance, short-term and special event policies are available through . This will need to be provided to your Event Coordinator before confirmation of your event.
