Applicants must have completed their bachelor’s degree. A degree in a related field is preferred; however, all applications will be considered.
Submit the following along with your application.
Submit official transcripts from every college and university you have attended.
Submit three letters of recommendation from faculty, professionals and other individuals who are familiar with your academic work.
Your statement should be about 500 to 1,000 words in length. Include your specific interest in 51³Ô¹ÏÍø’s program, your research and future career goals, and your previous academic and research achievements.
The Graduate Record Examination (GRE) is optional. Scores may be submitted if available.
A current professional résumé is required.
The writing sample should demonstrate your ability to conduct research and write a scholarly paper. It should be fully referenced according to a professional, scholarly style manual and should not exceed 30 pages in length.
Graduate credits from an accredited institution may be transferred into the program. Transferred credits must be equivalent to coursework at 51³Ô¹ÏÍø and carry a "B" grade or better. They may not have been used to obtain another degree. Incoming students may transfer a maximum of 6 credits.
