The Middle Grades Education degree is a highly focused course of study aimed at placing students in a classroom for grades 4 through 8 or other educational environments. Â
Fieldwork
All majors must complete field experiences to practice working with children, adolescents or adults in classrooms, training centers or community organizations.
Education majors will observe a professional teacher’s instructional and classroom management methods. The helps students find appropriate classroom assignments.
